It’s about following the money not marring a stock. The dilution then the CEO basically said they are saving money from stopping marketing aka they fired their promoter team for this stock. Stocks have to have a promoter team, they are expensive but if a company doesn’t have them onboard full time then the stock will just keep dipping.
