#2545 RE: NobleRoman #2538

This is why I have IVFH in the BAD category:

New Filing today. Seems to be a firmly established pattern of inexcusable behavior over there from "professionals":

Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. (IVFH) - FORM NT 10-Q | Notification that Quarterly Report will be submitted late

Nevertheless, a bullish bid/ask spread at the moment:
Bid x Size
$0.25 x 105,569
Ask x Size
$0.29 x 5,734

I wonder if that's Denver Smith on the bid. He seems mad and rightly so. More yes-votes for a regime change I'll presume on the bid.

That's the kind of activism we need here at YBCN -- activists investors like Denver Smith. We have some good muscle over there that has had enough of the status quo. Definitely not a Yes-Man there as in, ahem, a certain someone around here.

I'm expecting to see the same unprofessional filing here any day now.

Bundeep speaks to "rock bottom financing" and his capital raise of 1 penny at Fineqia. Note how he refers to 1 penny as being "rock bottom" yet is 10 times higher than .001. So, I think YBCN qualifies for true "rock bottom" here. LOL Plus, he made this offering available to anyone outside of the US. And he is referring to these investors as proxies for their ideas and input I think.

We, on the other hand, gave a true rock bottom to our own insiders. That irks me still, in case y'all haven't noticed. Smacks of ethics issues to me.

That's a good little speech. I don't know if Market Herald is paid sponsorship or not. Third article that flew off my radar. He says capital raise ending soon next month. As I said, everybody is making moves on the post I'm responding to. Just to re-iterate, I'm starting to track who moves and who doesn't. So far, everybody is still in same place. Is YBCN going to get in on the action coming soon I think? I don't know. They need to make some moves too. I want to compare all progress below at end of year to see where we stand:

Moves Being Made

I'm reviewing Noble's Post below. 2 of 4 are making moves, but YBCN isn't. Why is that? AVNI posted another press release, and yet YBCN used to be so much more interesting. Then they fell off a cliff and went backwards. Allow seems to show signs of depression lately. Not even posting as much about her business as she used to.

Fineqia closed its second tranch and is about to make noise.

Meanwhile, Noble Roman is repeating the Stanford Experiment that was already conducted in the early 70s, just to prove a point about what constitutes "normal" behavior in the dumbing down of group process of corrupt wardens and jailers. What is wrong him?

Am I the only left that cares about YBCN around here?

On very low volume, AVNI has shot up to .73. Is Fineqia next? And is YBCN going to be last or none at all? 3 out of 4 would't be bad, but it's possible YBCN might need to be fired and somebody else take over this shell. And put Wang Fei's big investment down the toilet. That's my vote if someone else wants to try their hand at this.

At Masada, the spies have been under heavy scrutiny. It seems perhaps more defections. Lost hope is the theme we are receiving, I'm sad to report.

Everybody is making moves!

More Moves Being Made

Before Noble Roman went to Bangkok for vacation -- err, I mean, before he was incarcerated, he left a this message that I'm responding to. People making moves, but stuck in the mud.

On AVNI, he even posted an angry letter from Denver Smith, a stockholder of 8%. Now, this week, this PR:

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., Nov. 29, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Innovative Food Holdings, Inc. (IVFH) (“IVFH” or “the Company”), a leading end-to-end direct-to-consumer eCommerce platform and direct-to-chef online platform that provides high-quality, unique specialty foods through eCommerce offerings and multichannel partnerships today announced that Denver J. Smith has been appointed as a board observer.
Source: https://seekingalpha.com/pr/19037466-innovative-food-holdings-appoints-denver-j-smith-board-observer

Both sides in the PR pretending to be happy, but we know from Denver Smith's public open letter his real feelings of that entrenched CEO. Now heads are going to start rolling. It's really hard to get rid of entrenched CEOs. Sometimes I wonder why they even stay within the lanes of the law. You need to create shareholder wealth, or you need to GO. No excuses.

NROM, just this week, also got a warning shot across its bow in a 13D filing. A powerful man, relative to NROM, has been buying their stock and directed his public company to do the same. And targeting their senior debt, and talks behind the scenes with the BOD. Lots of speculation, but the point is this. The more you jack around and make excuses, the more you attract vultures that will want your position. I know all too well. Hence, my nick name Lucky Luciano. There is story behind that. Truth is stranger than fiction.

Everybody on that list, and I do mean EVERYBODY, is now making moves and/or coming under attack. All their hineys being put to the flame. Except for YBCN. The only one not making moves are coming under attack. Yet... And everybody still stuck in the mud. And AVNI over there, doing stupid stuff like YBCN. Except actually trying. But like YBCN, they can't understand the concept of stock promoters it seems. So, their efforts will be met with yawns until they too have a wakeup call.

I get sick and tired of all the incompetence around here, 24/7. I want everybody to get their house and order, get some traction, and MOVE. And if YBCN is the last one to get this wakeup call, they can leave and let somebody that's ready to be a public company emerge. And this is why all these jack 3#@s are little penny stocks. Because they make excuses, dilly dally around, and don't work smart. Or, they are just stalling or doing something else under the table that's not in alignement with shareholder objectives.

Now, who is here to make money? Everybody? Good. Then start acting like it and hold them accountable! Or kick them to the curb! Who is going to be the idiot on this list left behind by everybody else? The future is still unwritten. So MAKE IT RIGHT and don't be the one wearing the dunce hat at the end of the day!

The End

A Clarion Call for a new Corp Rep

First of all, DD said debating about leaving recently on the record. I wish he had. I know Noble Roman wrote an open letter here, asking for a company rep that knows how to talk to is shareholders. Instead, we get hostility from China. First, Cartoons that DD alleges are hostile to shareholder(s). Then, false promises about going Nasdaq in May. And DD alleged that they "loathe" us, being the front loaders here.

I guess they think we work for them. There is another article written last night that DD failed to mention over at WeChat ,and it's more Chinese propaganda aimed at the evil US. Something about Saudi Arabia and Chinese relations and always painting the US as evil. They always tie into wine. Maybe relax with wine for good spirits in the face of evil or whatever. Their YongBaiChao wine at the end of the ad. Yet, they sign of hatred of the US, while at the same time claiming they want to come public here to serve those they "loathe."

If they think I'm going anywhere, they thought wrong. This is my money. And if I don't make money, NOBODY MAKES MONEY. I'll watch this thing go to .002 and wait for somebody else to emerge if that's what it takes. I don't care if they are laundering money, running a scam, or a legit business. You work for US. You get this f'ing stock up! Look at AVNI on this list below. I'm stuck in to a-hole stocks because Noble Roman put me into them as his body guard. So Im stuck in AVNI and this one. AVNI is over there doing stupid stuff, but they've been walking their stock up to $1. Noble is on the time stamped record all over it, buying at 16 cents. That's a huge return, but he's not liquid and we aren't plannign on selling under a buck. HUGE RETURN. And you don't want to know what I think of that team over there. We are coplaining though because they are painting the tape. Legitimatelly or not. I dont' care. They are showing a pretty graph. They have a low float.

TOGL, which I compared this one too due to many similarities, always had a stock that went UP. They had meetings overseas, showing their recruits a stock that goes UP. It was a carrot that dangled riches, not a lump of coal that just sits there.

Fineqia on the list below actually WORKS. They may be sub penny, but they are actually doing stuff and meeting with legitmate business men, raising money, and putting our PRs. And NROM and IVFH have predators circling them, putting pressure on their entrenched CEOs. Because they see a legitimate business with star power. If the obstruction is removed and properly policed.

I'm certain we are going to make money on ALL of them. Exccept for this wild card YBCN with a hostile stance against shareholders. So let me give them a clear and present MIDDLE FINGER. We do not work for you! YOu work for us! This is our turf,, our country, and you get the hell out if you can't serve us! And get somebody in here that knows how to talk to shareholders, as DD likes to imply he has connections to this company. He tried to manipulate me and others with a stupid lump of coal.

GET YOUR DAMN HOUSE IN ORDER!
