Sorry, maybe I'm a little touchy and sensitive lately. I've been getting a lot of private mail wondering why I'm so negative and turning into a basher.

I just voice my concerns, and lately, I agree with the negative posters much more than the positives.

As I said earlier, only Bob can fix this.

chklingon.. I am not sure in who your referencing but I can assure you that I have done some real DD here and it has gone nowhere.

I did call Garden and spoke with someone? They said yes in fact they were being sold to Rushnet and the deal would be completed in a week?

That was the first week in January? Now we are nearing the middle of Feb?

I also called the Porto Rico distributor and he said the total cost to him was 20K for the container. So if he pays 20K how does Rushnet make a gross profit of 20K? Not possible.

I could go on as I am the one who forced BOB to post the Transfer agent on Pink sheets and update the share numbers that proved to conflict with what he stated in the PR.

I would never had bought this stock!

I never invest much into these non reporting stocks so I won't get too hurt. Bob has used some pretty unethical business practices when he PR ed the Dividend and then reneged.

That IMHO borderlines on FRAUD....
