Unless they are completely crazy I think we can assume that they will eventually do something of some sorts with the shell. That‘s why it might be a good buy either way if it comes down further. Just not sure why they would wait so long to announce anything, it makes no sense unless something didn‘t go as planned somehow. I mean for God‘s sake give the market at least an update on something.
