Rumor has it, despite CMGO's claims, New Vacuum can't even use this "disruptive technology " until arbitration is settled with the original/former patent holders (it's really a big cluster) from Europe.
Perhaps the CEO will be taking on more toxic debt to loan to an outside company for their legal issues.
