I have a cash account, a margin account and my Roth IRA account with Fidelity and none of them charge commissions for OTC. They are not special OTC versions, just the regular accounts that you open up. You have to acknowledge you understand the risks before OTC is allowed of course, just like any other broker, but they are just the normal accounts.
You can only buy Pink Current and I think Yield Signs. Stop Sign, Expert, Gray and CE are not allowed to be bought I believe.
