Why couldn't they be retail? Perhaps someone thinks that's all they can sell at a time without the bid getting pulled back.

Wow, just looked at the trades....that is a LOT of 10k sells. That definitely does not look like retail to me...the trade fees/commissions would eat retail alive! Unless someone knows how retail could get around the trade fees?
