To me this information is evidence which you process through the proper representing Attorney of the person who supposedly has said documents. You go together there with FBI folks and the Attorneys and review what needs to be returned to meet the intent of that records Act. Not a raid at the home of a former President. Sorry but there are much more comical ways to have handled this. Just my take here follow a legal process civilly not abruptly due to some axe to grind. Wrong way to go about it. Again just my opinion.
