Cerner Property Development, Inc. acquired two buildings located at 8844 Hillcrest Road and 8830 Hillcrest Road, Kansas from APT MotoVox Group, Inc. (OTCPK:MTVX) for $5.6 million on November 5, 2014. Concurrently, Cerner also acquired tracts of land totaling 19.80 acres from APT. The proceeds from the sale were used to pay off the existing mortgage and separating from the New Market Tax Credit transaction. Cerner Property Development, Inc. completed the acquisition of two buildings located at 8844 Hillcrest Road and 8830 Hillcrest Road, Kansas from APT MotoVox Group, Inc. (OTCPK:MTVX) on November 5, 2014.
