Laxmi, what are the dependencies and interdependencies required to ensure the dividends actually remit on October 4th?

Have all the dependencies/interdependencies been resolved to ensure the dividends remit as planned?

And this IPO is slated for Oct 2022 (if any delays from SEC, then it may be Nov but we will surely be going with IPO in this year regardless of any market fluctuations or disturbances). 99.99% in Oct itself.

We better hurry with the S-1 then. Or another 99.99% prediction will be shot down in flames :-)

This dividend payout will remit into respective shareholder accounts on the 4th of October 2022 (a very auspicious festival day) and to have this paid out we will have record keeping book closure date fixed as Sep 18, 2022. Sep 18 also completes my 25 years of stay in the United States ????

This is the reason why I revisited this post. We are getting really really close to September 18 (the Record Date). And I'm really curious how this one will play out. Could be a whole new experience for me. Will it be another case of "I told you so" or will it go smoothly? :-) Should we be watching the FINRA daily list for a dividend announcement? But above all..... how is this announcement going to affect the share price? Some stocks apparently can go up several 10,000's of percentages on the Expert Market (grey sheets). Uncharted waters.
