There is a big difference between not hearing from a company for a long time which of course happens in penny land from time to time and somebody habing s business, then buying a shell, then talking openly about bringing in the business into the shell and then completely ghost the market for the next 12 months without a single mention or update or plan or anything else, that doesn‘t happen often in this way.
