This CEO is no fool. If this price is where it is now...it's because he wants it there. No other reason for this to remain so undervalued for so long given the balance sheet this company has and the fact that they are seeing revenues from their R/E projects already in the last ER. The only thing we can count on now is that at some point this guy is going to want to make money of his millions he has invested here..and that retail can tag along for that ride...my ticket is punched to $1+ ...I'm planning to get off shortly after that before the shelf offering becomes a real one. He has to go over $1 for at least 10 days before early Jan...so we have a hard stop here coming that should force his hand at some point..and R/S will kill us but will kill him worse...so doubt he does it that way
