In a perfect world yeah, I agree. Still, I'm sure we both have seen examples of companies with multiple RSs that have a history of doing them and everyone just knows it about the stock, it's their MO!
The numbers that I put out there last night seems to indicate they have only diluted 1/2 of the 25 million offer from Mar. 15 and that the volume seen over the past 5 trade sessions & it going down the past 3 is NOT from dilution to the OS because the SS has not changed according to OTCMarkets since at least July 27th.
Maybe the chart and awareness will be enough to drive the volume up and send this. A great PR would be great but I've learned not to count on them and that is probably more especially so when it come to exploration mineral stocks.
