I agree, he's making a mountain out of an ant hill. All companies dilute it's just a matter of accumulation (demand) being stronger than dilution + retail selling (supply); such is life!
I wasn't going to say anything, if someone wants to chit where they eat and end up selling just before a stock is about to explode, me telling them is not going to teach better than the experience of them kicking themselves in the a$$ after the fact! :-D
