The point is that IS nothing. For diabetics and most people with chronic diseases that is. munchkin stripped all provisions for up front immediate control and mediation with the gov for chronic meds like diabetes and the line about generics is bullshit because the pharma's themselves make most the generics. Like I already said, munchkin and his ilk set the bills up to be nearly impossible to change or change can only be made after 10 years type shit and we are seeing that already right in your link. Munchkin personally hates poor people so he also stripped out the benefit packages to welfare and seniors.
I'm pretty sure in the next 5 days munchkin may come out and say he's jumping ship again. He's getting a lot of justifiable 'pressure' from groups.
