One really almost feels sorry for HHSE.

Amazing that this one company, among the tens of thousands who have managed to file a Form 10 over the last 12 years, has been subject to such a dizzying array of complex and unpredictable challenges to filing a Form 10.

What a scam artist the grifter CEO is. It must be hard to keep coming up with new-sounding excuses after so many years of creative BS.
