I'm not sure SCOTUS publishes the votes when they decline to hear a case. For those of you who want a deeper dive into why AXL was such a crucial decision for patent law writ large, see the following. It includes several comments from patent experts bemoaning the missed opportunity in AXL to clarify Alice. If you just want the executive summary, the consensus seems that SCOTUS is not inclined to hear patent cases and seems willing to let Congress take it on. If that is the case, I can't expect much.
