Dave, there's no way to create this type of model for a single equity because two of the major components are issues advancing & declining, (which, in the case of a single equity, is always going to be 1, 0, or -1), and volume advancing and declining, (which just isn't available for individual equities, so far as I know).
With that said, I do use the model for overall market timing, i.e., I look for longs on the Naz when the model is deeply oversold. I also have longer term naz-based indicators that I use for the same purpose.
