PURELY hit or miss----for pennies/otc ,many firms have really tightened their policies.....some allow buys /sells....some allow only selling current positions/no adding of shares----some WILL transfer shres out (they may want to get shares off their books)----and some may or may not transfer IN shares------sorry to be so vague ,but each firm is different as to how they handle these----sorry----you will need to speak w/ brokerage operations of BOTH firms and coordinate------even then it is often a challenge to find/speak w/ an opps person that knows the firm rules/willing to do it-------good luck.
bop2074 -- No one on this board really could assist . whatever you are asking about should be with a Broker that knows what they are doing . I use Etrade , others use same size platforms , any should be able to assist your questions. --
