In all Fairness, 155 Million restricted shares already issued and outstanding??? that is 15 Billion presplit common shares already in the makeup.. and then there will be another Large amount issued for the conversion of Preffered shares into commons, end of this year Execs convert, they always do.

why does anyone put up PR forward projections with a "D" indicator still attached to this Companies stock is another ?????????
