They are liquidated. Bankrupt or not at the end of the day BioAmber Inc (where your shares are) was liquidated because BioAmber could not pay its liabilities. LCYB came in and paid a cool $4.34 mil for all of the assets including the plant. BioAmber filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, it was changed to a cheaper 15 bankruptcy because of the cross boarder nature it. BioAmber was not able to find anyone that wanted to take them on as a going concern which makes sense as BioAmber was a complete money pit as it were. Their supposed best quarter was still deep in the red. BioAmber was burning through money day after day with no end in sight. Nobody would loan them anymore money to keep operating as usual. So they were liquidated and it’s as simple as that. There is a lot of nonsense lies here about more to come that will simply never happen
