That's correct, IMOT should report earnings at the market close of 02-14-2007 or no later than 02-15-2007. Yes, the VOIP business is new, they own it, confirmed. This past quarter is the 1st time the VOIP business is included in their earnings.

This is the first quarter the new management took over, it is a strategy adjustment quarter, moving from dot.com to equity exchange, selling no-profitable businesses, concentrating their efforts on the profitable exchange and other attractive businesses.

Of course, as I posted before VIEW is such a SOB, he's trying to kill the stock and the momentum.
