This is the best time of year down here. It's funny, I've gotten into doing "Spring" cleaning around this time of year. It's the best time to do work on, in, and around your house. I get more acquainted with my property now, than I do all summer.
Dad, of course, is leading the charge on any rooftop surveillance & any major reconstruction.
When he dies (or, "if"), we should donate his body to science. Maybe he really is Superman (or "Unbreakable").
(And, as Rodney Dangerfield said, when I die, they should donate my body to science fiction, lol.)
