Agreed ACE COMPLAINT against Defendant Auctus Fund LLC Filing by PCT LTD.
It is complete bullshit that PCT LTD is begging for a settlement. PCT and Auctus Fund entered into a Conditional Settlement Agreement on October 26, 2020 (“Settlement Agreement”) to resolve all disputes between them relating to, among other things, the Note, Purchase Agreement and Warrant.
The PCT Settlement Obligations were fully satisfied by PCT and Auctus Fund breached the Settlement Agreement!!!

PCT & Defendant Auctus both demand a trial by jury on all issues, claims, and defenses so triable. So off to trial on all issues.
