there should be a run coming up soon.. which will give you an opportunity to sell out and move on. hrhr has said something about the pfd being convertible. if this is the case, then there's a major restructuring coming. at this point, i can only wait and see. good luck.

ps. today was frustrating as hell for me too. Last month, we went from .0003 to .0005 on half of today's volume. go figure.

Great post Steve! Too bad that only 2 people (3 including myself) replied. I guess many of us are too busy paying attention to posts like " %$) " by HRHR, and not giving a serious thought to what the hell is really going on with this stock.

I've read a lot about Winick's past but don't see the big picture clearly since I'm not that experienced in trading. From what I understand BKMP is just a small piece of a puzzle, a company derived from First Canadian Holding Corp <- Adatom <- Health Core Medical Solutions <- Megavision (stockpatrol.com).
Considering this routine the similarity I find is that we're showing very little profit, just like Adatom and Helah Core Medical Solutions. This may change once TFN becomes profitable, but of course we don't know for sure whether it's 20% of TFN's profits that go to BKMP or what (beating the dead horse). So let's assume BKMP is just another company along the way of this scheme, does any of you see any signs of what's going to happen with BKMP, considering how things are going?
I'm invested in this stock and already riding X,000,000 free shares for almost a year now. I'm also looking for a good run(s) this year, but let's be realistic, you have a better chance of getting struck by a lightning than winning a lottery. I expect PPS to go up but don't expect miracles. In my opinion we can still squeeze some juice out of this especially on carrier news, but what bugs me the most is trying to figure out when and how they'll pull the plug. Any theories?

I understand your frustrations. This is taking a lot longer than expected. We will come out successful.

I hope it moves too, but it wasn't that long ago that this was at .001. This stock only moves on news. We've known that for a good year now. You'll be able to get out at .0005 if you want to before you know it i'm sure.

IS it possible for someone(HRHR) to buy and sell to himself through multiple trading accounts, essentially today making 20% on his investment? He would control a gradual increase in pps while taking nice percentage gains daily? This could perhaps explain why we ultimately didn't move at the end of trading.

Is it possible? May not be legal but...

With news expected, hopefully the stock runs with huge volume and he still makes out big. Just trying to figure it out.

Well said. the problem is even with a well thought out post like this you would still be considered a bad one to have on the board. I disagree, expressing the angst we have is part of investing and I've had a ton with this stock but I don't base my opinion to buy or sell on a couple of pumpers or at least that's all they are until this stock hits the roof.
