I talked to Mike Palmer on his land line. Interrupted his dinner, but he was able to answer some of your questions. We where talking for a while. He don't say much.

1. What debt does the company have at the moment and what are the terms of that debt. Convertible into stock and if so at what price.

maybe yes yes no

2. What is the total cash burn going to be until the company becomes profitable and how is that going to be financed?

maybe, yes

3. Will you be issuing any more stock or taking on any more debt in the next 6 months.

maybe

4. When are you going to file a financial report?

no idea

5. Is your joint venture partner in fact Golden telecom the publicly traded NASDAQ or are you just in the same building as they are?

yes yes

If you believe this i will sell you the Brooklyn Bridge.

It would be nice to have answers to all those questions, yes.

However, it is quite obvious that there is a buyer or buyers for all shares willing to be parted with at this point. It does not look at all like dilution. Dilutors typically do not show the care that is taking place at this time. Strike that issue off your list for the time being.

It looks for all the world like someone or some group has it boxed in. They want shares and they want the shares at this price range. They are most likely selling at the upper range and buying at the lower range raking in a nice little 12.5% profit and gaining net shares as they do so in preparation for the next move. As a side effect, usually the longer a stock moves sideways, in general, the stronger the ensuing move when it does move.

It takes far fewer shares to kill buying than it does to support.

More and more people get impatient the longer it stays in this range so they sell and move on, in effect giving up their shares to the buyer.

Sorry, but it just doesn't get much more obvious than it is now.

GLTA!

awesome post Qone!!!...
instead of the incessant pump seen on the board!!!..
some legitimate questions...
my take after watching the l2's for some days now!!!...
after the heavy dilution...they will run it one day when teh usual suspects are off the ASK or in the .0020's....
and let in new buyers(sheep) and play the game again....
