THANK YOU BOTH FOR SHOWING US THIS- as it’s definitely intriguing since $SAPX was once a SEC compliant stock in the Nasdaq.

The very first step would be the file an 8K - among a few other filings that should come out soon thst make sense - to audit the stock for past 2 years so it can move on to a higher exchange.

I would suspect we will see other filings and hopefully the company will update us soon on the significance of this filing specifically. He didn’t just change CPA. He hired an auditor CPA to AUDIT the filings! That is not a typical OTC move. Imo
