No, not really, especially with the number of infringers involved. If there were only one or two, then it would probably go up to the court date. But, with this number, one would think someone would smart enough and would want to take this over from here. Only stands to reason. With 95% or so, settlement rate in Waco, I like VPLM’s chances.

After about ten years, I’ve heard more hearsay nonsense about settlements/buyouts, sooner or later someone will be right. Anything can happen, only time will tell. IMHO
