Goodie, I believe the Trigger Event was the cancellation of WMILT on 12/31/2021 which I believe they have one full calendar year to execute shares which may have to do with tax attributes
Since this appears to be a new transaction to get approval then I feel about 60 to 90 days then issue shares for another 39 to 60 days which will take most of year 2022.
