Ostendo likely couldn’t get GPUs elsewhere at the time bc of supply and chip shortages from pandemic issues. That, and the govt contracts
Now that makes sense to me if true in every sense of the word, but the company introducing negatives such a massive increase in A/S and subsequent R/S are run killers and a flashing red light, in my view--GLTA
