Dipshit wasn't a rogue agent, the rest of the board enabled him.

They could have put a stop to this fraudulent activity at anytime in the past 3 years.

I see no reason to expect anything other than fraud as usual from the new Crook Executive Officer.

Wouldn't surprise me if he resigned to become CEO of Halo Tek. :-(
