That last sentence is quite ambiguous. An upgrade based on a 20% chance of success?

It does seem strange to give an upgrade on that low of a probability estimate for success. If the EDP-235 safety data looks good the chances for a successful launch should be far higher in my view, especially since this Covid virus from hell doesn't appear to be going away any time soon.
