$PSRU plans EB-5 fundraising in 2 stages:

- $50M for film production in a scheme that would be set up by agents EB5 Affiliate Network.

- If approved as a Regional Center in its own right, be able to set up further schemes itself for acquisitions and other projects like ABA, stadiums or more movie remakes from the large slate it now holds the rights to.

Minimum investment amounts are now $1,050,000 for a standard investment or $800,000 in a Target Employment Area.

Each scheme offers the number of investment slots required to get the total $ amount it needs and are usually sold out within weeks to a few months as there are only 10,000 EB-5 visa slots a year as a path to US Citizenship.
