IBKR prohibited me from purchasing the stock, even though I have been able to purchase other microcap plays. I had recieved the message: "No opening trades: ineligible PINK stock”, and further evaluation led me to determine I revived the message because of the (now former) violation of Rule 15c2-11.

I guess Ill have to wait.
