Absolute nonsense. If the whole point of this was SEC reporting, which was why there was all this delay, do you really think the merging company wasn't depending on that as one of the agreements for Sharp to get this ticker ready?
Not a chance there is a company now.
Most will lose sight of the fact that Sharp must have an entity ready to merge here
