Off the top (ott), having the world seeing Putin as the most coldblooded killer of importance today is likely not a bad public relations idea. Also, again, the West is still probably wisely wary about widening the war. Though attractive, i feel it too, hitting targets in Russia most likely wouldn't have a positive influence on the terrible situation we have Ukraine in. Ott, it feels hitting targets in Russia now could only be negative.
