Yet, even within one decision, different judges find different rights within the constitution. I'm sure there have been SCOTUS decisions you have not agreed with, what then of your "and of course current justices find or do not find rights in the constitution."
You seem to put yourself in a position where to be true to your words you would have to accept every decision as being a correct one, while at the same time having to accept a dissenting agreement as a correct position also.
