You say it is a travesty to deny the right to abortion. IF you really believe that that's a plus. Then you say it is what it is .. what about the right to have a haircut,, not in the constitution .. right to have children .. not in the constitution... right to marry after the age of 80?

How can you support Lincoln's radical emancipation proclamation ? It went against the Constitution. Just because something is not in the original constitution does not mean that it can not have a amendment that changes the original intention of the Constitution. That is what the original document allows future generations to do.
