Well you have your own issue because Bioamber wasn't TFSA eligible after the delisting to OTC's so you have plenty of capital losses to claim if you wish.
Well there worthlessness is worth a tax write-off. But the worthless shares are still yours even after a tax write-off. They dont disappear and cant be transferred.
