Understand that RSAMMAD and RSAMMADA are one and the same.

RSAMMADA is the temporary holder of TXTM and will be replaced soon by
RSAMMAD

That is why they did this way. They get to control $TXTM without exposing the main company to 8B shares and liabilities.
