hard to know, sandra thompson got confirmed today so --- the clock starts now for admin reform coming from wh/treasury as FHFA has completed 100% of its prerequisites for admin reform.. now the ball is in treasury/wh court.
and so... if SPSPA is converted to common you're right ($0.04-$0.60 depending on how much treasury cares for common shareholders (if they need to play nice to raise $)), but if it is written down then commons are worth like $3-8, emphasis on the low side though
