Went the same way as the wind bags that were going to sue him. If they thought they had a case against him for securities fraud then they better get hopping. 2 year statute of limitations on securities fraud.

Studies Start for Gas Pipeline in Oaxaca
Juchitán, Oax.; June 20.- Without permission from the Ayuujk communities, workers of the Temura company, contracted by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), enter the ejido plots and place signs with the coordinates where, the peasants assume, the gas pipeline that will be built from Chinameca, Veracruz, to Salina Cruz, Oaxaca, will pass.
Carlos Beas Torres, an advisor to the Union of Indigenous Communities of the Northern Zone of the Isthmus (Ucizoni), says that peasants from towns such as El Barrio de La Soledad, La Cumbre de Matías Romero and Piedra Blanca, from San Juan Guichicovi, have shared photos of signs planted on their lands by those who carry out studies for the project.
The construction of this gas pipeline of 36 inches in diameter and 270 kilometers in length, which aims to cross the narrow strip of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, is promoted by the CFE to meet the needs of natural gas to companies in the south of the country, and especially those that are established in the industrial parks promoted by the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec (CIIT).
"The peasants are very upset, the people hired by the CFE are entering their lands without permission," warns Beas Torres, who insists that this pipeline will put Mexico's sovereignty at risk because the financing of 800 million dollars for its construction will come from US companies such as Mirage Energy and Northern Hemisphere Logistics.
For now, explains the advisor of the peasants, the gas pipeline project is in the stage of studies and definition of the line, to verify the conditions of the land and the viability of the work. And although excavation work has not yet been observed, the consultant's employees are already in the villages without any permission.
According to the call issued by CFE Energía, launched since the end of August 2021, in addition to the pipeline to transport 500 billion cubic feet (MMPC) of natural gas, that liquefaction plant will be built to convert gas into energy and offer an initial capacity of 430 MMPC, as well as a maritime terminal promoted by the CIIT. This is in addition to the 10 Development Poles for Welfare (Podebis), or industrial parks that the corridor contemplates and that will require natural gas.
However, the indigenous communities insist that, from the beginning, none of the projects of the Transisthmian Plan has had the approval of the peoples, since there was no genuine consultation process, and with the gas pipeline the same vices are repeated: they do not consult and do not ask for permission.
Faced with this, the peasants have chosen to prevent the passage or outright expel the workers from the area.
So far, no Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been filed with Semarnat for the pipeline project. Sun
