I’m thinking there’s a real chance and people are sleeping on this one. Like you I was struck by Chiang seeming to be so in on the merger in that PR. I don’t think you see that in most PRs with a non-binding LOI. That makes you wonder how quickly this could become binding. No way to know but I believe this is where you accumulate and keep buying in bits and pieces in case it inexplicably keeps falling back.

Tad Mailander has big plans for PLPL. It has just taken more time. Same as TXTM merger. PLPL was on TD list of stocks to become untradable(Liquidation scare) . SEC new rule Sept,30.2021. But here we are Pink current and headed into a huge merger, same as TXTM has done . I wish GVSI could do the same, at least become pink current.(waiting on Georgie Boy deadline Sept,17,2022)
