It looks like it ended with a whimper in August of 2019. 200k and 20k penalties. Also looks like he is no longer involved with the company or at least Duffield is not CEO as has been pointed out. Feels like an absolute nothing burger. Here’s the link. Duffield may have just gone rogue through this scheme. I don’t think it’s fair to pin that on the new CEO. Also if the LOI goes through the new CEO and Prez would be from Puriblood and put in their own board members. Everything hinges on that and they’re valued at 1 bil now. So I love the upside here.
