Why would it be "embarrassing" for them if GS refiled the $GVSI Form 10 before July 4? If he does GREAT and I would think them five would also be happy if he did. (Not that I know, but I think they're only trying to push GS a bit or, at least, a good update. Patience isn't unlimited for everyone). But if that DOESN'T get refiled before July 4, and if they do what is said, then I think that'll be GREAT also. (What's wrong with trying to FORCE GS to get something done? Yes he has done quite well with the other two tickers but I'm not a shareholder in either of those so I really mainly care about this one!)

Okay, not that I know, but I wouldn't be surprised if many shareholders will cheer them on (IF they file something). Enough is enough. (But only they know if they'll actually DO anything and that it's not just an empty threat).

Shareholders will be represented by qualified counsel at George Sharp's show cause hearing if $GVSI is not current on or before July 4, 2022. Shareholders will seek attorney's fees. Shareholders believe contemnor Sharp has become incapacitated.
