Ashley canceled the r/s some months ago. What we're looking at is a spin-off. There's a difference; different animals, apples and oranges. If there's a new r/s on the table, I'm not aware of one, so please provide a link. Thank you.
People should really not trade/invest if they have no idea how to research stuff. Helios is splitting off which has been shared for a year now. As current shareholders we will receive a dividend or free shares…we will also be able to convert all or Some of our rushnet shares for helios shares. Yes RSHN will probably sell off as grandeza is the only asset that remains along with legacy rushnet.
People are primarily interested in helios, correct? The split off solves the share structure issue every one complaining about…how is this so hard to understand?
