Housing prices definitely have a big effect on why more people aren't coming to CA, but other costs of living have just as big an effect. Gas is in the mid $6.00s. Income and sales taxes are ridiculous.
One thing that lib rag didn't even mention or consider are border jumpers that are pouring across the border. That makes the net outflow even more remarkable.
