it can't have $4,000,000 it has been burning cash to fast and it barely had the 4 mil in 2021. The 2022 statement is going to show you wrong if it gets posted. With less than 4 mill this firm won't have enough $$ to begin mining so they are going to have to do sell more shares and delute the ownership of current holders.
