im looking at s8 and i kind of see that most contractors do not own any shares

im guessing they sold those shares at .75 cents

only insiders are required to file a form 4

contractors are not required

all insiders already owned the shares they sold at .75 cents and then gave themselves the same amount to make it look like they own a small amount

but they already sold the shares

if you can clarify s8 better i would appreciate it

the high volume of share trading can NOW be explained for june 2nd


s8 was filed on 6-1 2022
over 700k in volume on 6-2-2022 is when the contractors/management sold some shares

if you look at the S8 from august of 2021 same thing happened
filed on august 12 and very high volume on august 13
high volume and most shares sold at .44 cents

also under rule 144 ...OTC (penny stocks) are not required to file a form 4 for insiders

when they report to the SEC ..then its required (which we are now) for insiders

contractors can do whatever they want

maybe someone more knowledgeable can correct me
