On June 2, 2022 IR said the attorney is working on the attorney letter.See post # 17917. So that implies the attorney started sometime in late May.

Today is 6/14/2022. I know the attorney has to see if the filing is in compliance, but does it really take that long.

Last year they filed the attorney letter in July!

Now it's possible it is done and Heck is sitting on it. Wouldn't put it past Heck.
